Zorva Agreement & Dispute Policy
How Zorva Works
Step 1: Funding
The Buyer funds the transaction amount plus Zorva fees into a secure, neutral account. Funds are held in Zorva until the conditions of the agreement are met.
Step 2: Delivery
Once Zorva confirms that the funds are secured, the Seller delivers the goods or services to the Buyer as per the agreed-upon terms.
Step 3: Inspection
The Buyer has a pre-determined inspection period (usually 2-7 days) to review and verify the goods or services received.
Step 4: Release
The Buyer confirms the delivery, or the inspection period expires without a dispute. Zorva then releases the funds to the Seller's linked bank account.
Dispute Resolution Policy
1. Raising a Dispute
If the Buyer is not satisfied with the goods or services, they must raise a dispute through the Zorva platform before the inspection period expires.
2. Evidence Collection
Both the Buyer and Seller are required to submit evidence (e.g., proof of delivery, photographs, communication logs) within 48 hours of the dispute being raised.
3. Mediation
Zorva will attempt to mediate between the parties. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, Zorva will make a final decision based on the evidence provided.
4. Decision & Disbursement
Once a decision is reached, Zorva will disburse the funds to the Buyer (refund) or Seller (payout), or a combination of both if a partial refund is agreed upon.
Final Decision Clause
Zorva acts as a neutral third-party mediator. By using our services, you agree that Zorva's decision in a dispute is final and binding for the purpose of disbursing the held funds. This does not preclude your right to pursue legal action in a court of law in Nigeria.
